Chefs Byron Knight and Nick Iacovides have created the ultimate in US decadence with their Monte Christo Summer Pop-Up. All meats are prepared fresh on-site in the POND kitchen and jams are all make weekly. Trailer trash junk food has never been so lovingly prepared.

LE FREAKSHAKER
Just a few months ago, Olly Bonhomme unleashed ‘Le Freakshaker’ on the unsuspecting East London public. Housed in a tiny cafe on Dalston’s Kingsland Road, the immediate frenzy kicked up by Le Freakshaker was uncontainable - and now he’s taken over POND.
